Focus Trainer & Effectivenesss Coach
Jason is a coach, speaker, author, college educator, Executive Director of a nonprofit, and minister. He is a graduate of Mount Vernon Nazarene University (B.A., 1996); Nazarene Theological Seminary (M.Div., 2000); and Gonzaga University (M.A. Communication & Leadership, 2010). He has over 25 years of organizational leadership experience and is certified in conflict mediation.
Wayne McKamie
Focus KC Seminars Co-Founder
Wayne (M.Ed.), is President and Co-Founder of Focus Seminars of KC, Inc. He is a graduate of Southern Nazarene University and has a Masters of Counseling from Central State University in OKC. He has an active counseling business and leads many performance training sessions each year.
Pam McKamie
Focus KC Seminars Co-Founder
Pam (M.A., LPC) is is Co-Founder of Focus Seminars KC, Inc. She works with individuals, couples, and families in her counseling practice. She specialized in women’s issues and holds annual seminars that empower women of all ages.
